Volunteer Opportunities
At the
Taskforce, our services are aimed at
prevention of the spread of HIV/AIDS through
education and prevention services, as well
as to provide financial and daily living
assistance to those afflicted with HIV/AIDS.
Volunteers at the Taskforce can make a difference by:
- Donating time as administrative support, serving as receptionist or making time to assist with mailings or other clerical needs
- Helping the Taskforce reach more of the community, serving as an auxiliary member, speaker, or support for fundraisers, community events, or educational presentations
- Gaining professional expertise and counseling skills in the area of HIV/AIDS testing and prevention, suicide prevention, and other health-related areas
- Donating time and skill to assist in office remodeling and renovation
- Donating time to supply transportation to and from appointments for our clientele in need
Anyone interested need only fill out a contact form, or call our offices at (270)-993-TASK (8278).
